[NSRCA-discussion] NATS advanced question

Every Nats contestant, except those in Intermediate should expect to  
judge one session.  Every judging session in excess of that earns  
$30.  We do not expect Intermediate pilots to judge unless they want  
to and have the requisite training/ experience.
