Earlier today I noticed that beginning July 13th there was an unusual
flurry of bellsouth users being auto-disabled from the list due to
bounces.  Within a few days 19 users were disabled due to the bellsouth
mail servers claiming the users didn't exist when the list tried to
deliver mail to them.  After I recognized the pattern, I manually
restored delivery for those users - that was earlier today.  I'm not
sure what's going on over in bellsouth land but the NSCRCA mail may not
be all your missing.
