I am so sad to hear this. Jim will be truely missed on the discussion list and the contest trail.

I am extremely saddened to hear of Jim's passing. I knew he was battling several ailments for quite some time with varying results, yet it's always difficult to hear when it's all over. He was a good man and a tough pattern competitor. I will miss his good natured jib-jabbing.
