When you joined the list, you were sent instructions
about how to leave it.

Every month, the list sends you another set of instructions
about how to manage your subscription.

And at the bottom of every piece of mail sent from the list,
you will find this URL:

On that page you will find a form that will help you
unsubscribe.

If this wasn't NATs week, someone would probably have
unsubscribed you by now.  I'm sure the list managers will
check to make sure that you're gone when they come home.
