[NSRCA-discussion] End point question on ESC

I have been using the factory setting on my spinn 99 at 1.80.  Is this what I should be using or should I increase it?  I e-mailed a few people and they said that by limiting the end point it may shorten the life of the controller.  Any input would be appreciated.
