[NSRCA-discussion] PPG Concept and White primer base question

thanks MattK,

I am going to call those guys monday and get some.
I've got a base coat of k-36 that is almost sanded
completely off. I'll finish prime with klasskote 

- great solution! plus I bet it's a better sealing
coat than just the k-36.
