  Because it took me a while to type everything in I made the choice NOT to describe each manuver on the sequences page, but to provide a link to the regulations that opens in its own window.  This way the reader can scroll to the manuver descriptions and judging criteria and place it side by side with the sequences.  
   
  I hope this is acceptable.  Please QA my work and make sure I didn't screw anything up on http://www.nsrca.org/scheduleA.htm
