[NSRCA-discussion] New front page for website

I'm using ie7 @ 1024x768 the internal sliders were a little annoying but 
their gone now it's starting to look real good. Just one suggestion Center 
the "Support Our Supporters" (sounds like we're trying to hold up our socks 
:-)) and change it to "Support Our Sponsors"
