I use paypal without having an account.

all you need is an e-mail address and a credit card.  you can send AND receive money. If you don't spedn the money received via PayPal, you have to request a check.

  Quick question.  When paying your dues using the website and PayPal, do you have to have a Paypal acount??  Or does it just take your CC through PayPal.
