[NSRCA-discussion] Ideas for new website

I've done a demo page of our current site restyled in .css:

http://nsrca.org/cssdefault.htm

I've also done some brainstorming about design considerations
for a new site:

I also have a partially-configured Joomla content management
system (CMS) demo here:

http://moleski.net/joomla/

What I mean by "partially-configured" is that I haven't tried
to hook all of the current NSRCA pages into the interface.
It is a full-fledged Joomla system in which I've disabled
a lot of the standard modules and to which I've applied a
simple 3-column .css template.

Joomla uses PHP and MySQL to drive the site. It's possible
to integrate lots of other PHP/MySQL widgets into the
interface. I'm going to go play with a Dokuwiki add-on
next.

Anyone who wants to see what the administration looks like
may ask me and I'll send them a username and password so
that they can play with the demo.
