no, I haven't used them at 6V.  My BECs are 5V.  the 3114  replacement servo 
for the 3110 will take either 4.8V or 6V according to the  specs

Have you tried the 3110 at 6 volts? The package,that mine came  in say's that 
6 volts will shorten its life.
