[NSRCA-discussion] Competition Nerves

OK now Keith let's not go overboard here. To hear you tell it, my strategy of trying to date loose women while flying pattern is probably not a recipe for success :0)
   
  I don't smoke and never drink coffee so I am OK there. I think it is just a matter of me over revving and wanting to win above all else. Pattern is kind of like golf that way, the harder I try the worse I get. I very much appreciate all of the thoughtful responses to my issue. I have been trying to become more self aware doing breathing exercises and such to try and control my heart rate, blood pressure, emotions and energy level. I am shooting for a whole mind body and soul approach to pattern that will slow everything down. I want to master it to the point were everything else is tuned out and I am seeing the plane clearly and almost in slow motion.
