Isn't technology great - $2000+ TX and $100+ servos with everything riding on a 50 cent pot on each end!

When you say analog, I assume you are talking about the feedback loop? I wonder how long it will be until we get shaft encoders in our servos. Or, for that matter, the shaft encoder could be mounted to the control surface itself.

Correct. Well kind of. Actually all of our servos are analog but you are right, the super servos used the same principles as our modern "digital" servos.

I was under the impression that the "Super Servos" were actually first generation digital servos. Is that not correct?
