Thanks for your effort Jason.  Steve Helms had gotten back to me on  
Monday and came up with a solution.  I got my 50MHz system yesterday  
two days after I ordered it.  It turns out they did have 50 MHz  
Helicopter versions of the 14MZ in stock and it is essentially the  
same radio but no one in the chain knew or thought about that until  
Steve got in the act.  I could have been flying it for three months.   
I miss the personal service we used to get when Futaba had their own  
operation in California.  You could always pick up the phone and talk  
to someone knowledgeable.
