[NSRCA-discussion] Futaba and pattern

I agree...let's get a manual that's written in laymans terms  Writing the 
manual from the perspective of someone that's already familiar with the 
workings of the product ends up giving us a final product that's missing 
quite a bit of information that is "assumed to be known".
