It is difficult for management to say much in a situation like this!  That
is pretty normal.  Jim has responded to inquiries, but he is not going to
get into specifics.  After all, his JOB is to MANAGE STAFF.  We as Executive
Council members hired him to do that job.  If we don't like the job he is
doing, we can fire the ED.  Right now, he has overwhelming support on the
Executive Council.
