Hi Jon,

Oh,  you're right it was Doug Spreng....  It will come to me one of
these days, but I'm pretty sure it was a Bud Atkinson design that Bill
was speaking of.

No, that's not it.   Know it was a kit, but I can't remember the name.
I remember the Stormer, but I thought it was a Doug Spreng design.
