You know, I started to add one more question, "Did you ever wind up your radio". :-)
   
  I think flying now is just as much fun, but back then it was many times more rewarding. The sense of accomplisment per flight was much greater, IMHO. Today, we get upset if we can't quite nail all the points in a point roll, back then it was "Today I had one really great landing - awesome!!!".
