Rusty,
I find this extremely exciting!!! I know the layman will not understand the intricacies of Precision Aerobatics, however, to have the ability to view the finals of the team selection process would be extremely interesting to many precision pilots that may not be able to attend.
As for myself, I will be there, competing in my first Nats, so the ability to view the process first hand will be something I will cherish for years to come. The ability to see pilots of this caliber in person is something that not every Pattern pilot has a chance to experience, I am excited to be one of many that will have that opportunity.
Another source of pride for me will be the fact that I am a member of the staff on the Flying Giants. I'm extremely proud of the fact that the site has considered this to be a venture that would be enjoyed by the masses. Some may feel that watching Pattern is not as exciting as many other types of flying, however, it has long been realized that Pattern is not as easy as it looks, hence the realization, Pattern will make you a better pilot.
We have a ton of Pattern pilots on the Flying Giants. I'm proud to say I'm one of them...
Thank you Rusty and thank you Flying Giants!!
Ken

Dear Precision Aerobatic Enthusiasts,
The 2007 USA F3A Team Trial Finals will be webcast "Live" by the Team's Official web sponsor- Flying Giants!!! To my knowledge, this will be the FIRST time in history a major "Pattern" event, anywhere in the world, will be broadcast "Live" via web streaming video.
The "Flying Giants", offer a combination of market place presence, technical capabilities and passion for precision aerobatics to present the Team Trials in a manner which will benefit ALL facets of precision aerobatics.
While at the recent Toledo Exposition, I had a number of conversations with the leaders of the NSRCA's sister organization, IMAC (International Minature Aerobatic Club) discussing the mutual opportunities and benefits to support the 2007 USA F3A Team. I am very pleased to share that the IMAC leaders are most interested in supporting the 2007 Team and recognize the value of learning to fly with precision, in my opinion, the foundation and "Core Competency" of the NSRCA.
Additionally, I would like to welcome the intial list of "Team Manager's Circle" Team supporters. The "Team Manager's Circle" is for individuals or businesses who have committed to donate $1,000 or more and include:
Hobbico- Futaba
Horizon- JR
Thunder Power Batteries
YS Parts and Service
Respectfully,
Rusty Dose
