[NSRCA-discussion] Landing Direction

Its pretty hard to argue about if the wind has changed 180 deg from straight 
down the runway L-R to straight down the runway R-L...

Since the intent is to prevent forcing a "downwind" landing... I would 
expect that the shift would have to be obvious to everyone.
