[NSRCA-discussion] NSRCA in the '80s

I remember when we received a membership card from the NSRCA that showed our
number. It was also proof that we were members. If we were ask to prove we
belong to the NSRCA now we would have to pull a current KFACTOR out of our
pocket and show the address label. I think we should get a membership card
so we know some one out there knows we belong.

We have not recycled member's numbers for the reason we always hope the 
members will come back later you must have know your number.
