[NSRCA-discussion] One day contests

For a one day event to be appealing it has to be within a reasonable driving
distance. That reduces your pilot pool to those within a two or three hour
radius, excepting of course the truly dedicated. For some areas that isn't a
factor but for the rest of country that is little help.
Sayre has always done two one day events for sportsman and from the few I
have been to the numbers rarely varied much over the consecutive days. I am
sure Terry can elaborate on this.
Other than the quantity of food and displacing the home club it is really
not any more work to do a two day event.
