I just want to say thank you to NVRC, the FARM club, Randy Hatfield and Don Sczcur for a great contest this past weekend.  The rain stayed away and we had some pretty strong winds but a great time was had by all.

This a message of the emergency contest notification system (ECNS).  Please proceed to your plane carrier of choose and proceed to load your planes for this weekend contest.  Fuel you plane carrier and proceed to Northern VA, USA. 


The Northern VA contest is scheduled for the 23rd/24th of September 2006. This will be the D2 district championship for 2006. Out of district flyers are encouraged to attend. The FARM club in bealeton,VA has agreed to let us use their fly site this year. This is a great site which consists of a private 3000 foot grass runway. Weather allowing the field will be open for practice friday afternoon. Flyers are available at http://www.1nvrc.com/ and http://www.nsrca.org/d2/d2nsrca/D2Homepage.htm .
