I wonder if the new radio has received FCC certification yet?

Subject: [NSRCA-discussion] Extreme Power Systems
Just curious - does anyone know "who" Extreme Power Systems is? The website
has some intriguing products that are due to be introduced, such as their
Spread Spectrum products. They also are involved with LiPo products and
they say they know battery chemistry better then any other company. They've
got their own LiPo manufacturing facility in China, they're building cells
explicitely for RC etc.
After a couple of emails back and forth where I inquired about how they
tested the SS radio gear, I didn't get much detail, but learned that they
tested for 100 hours or so. Hmmm. How they tested and who did it isn't
clear. Does anyone know who these folks are and whether or not there is
more to report on how the SS gear came to be?
Signed,
Skeptical, but slightly hopeful in NJ
