I read it and it really doesn't apply to my case.  My ESC is rated at  
60 amps continuous.  The battery is rated at 55 amps, with bursts to  
74 amps.  The motor is the limiting factor in that it's limited to 50  
amps and 700 watts.  The motor only pulls about 35-38 amps.
