Good morning all,
 
Check if this file works.  I am posting the file in doc document.  The early file was a pdf .  Looks like the doc is smaller with the new re-sized picture. I never posted files in NSRCA the problem is me.  Let us try to catch those bastards.  I understand that in that area of Texas lynching is legal, I wish.  I am completely grounded so you all can guess what I mean.
