[NSRCA-discussion] ZN Line and Composite-ARF Integral

I've been using Rustoleum satin black on a few APC props I have and they 
have seen raw 20% fuel without any apparent fuel damage.  Like Jim says, it 
does take several days for the paint to fully dry. The Rustoleum spray cans 
certainly cover and atomize paint far better than Lustercote.
