[NSRCA-discussion] New version of Hatori cooling header

That's a better version than the one I'm currently using, you can easily adjust the header angle.

But the most useful thing is the header brace for that particular Hatori header made by Nishioka. After installation, you don't have to worry about loose header and angle shifting any more.
