[NSRCA-discussion] A Great Act

At the beginning of the year, Mike Hester had promised that he would award  a 
fully built Black Magic to the winner of this year's District 3 Sportsman. We 
 finished the District 3 Championships this weekend and just as promised, 
Mike  delivered a beautifully built Black Magic to the winner this year. I just 
wanted  to publically thank Mike for such a generous contribution. Thanks again 
 Mike!
