[NSRCA-discussion] Wolfgang super star

I've still got my Atlas in the attic....it was a very good pattern airplane with a slower speed than a lot of birds for the time period. Mine has an HP61 Gold-cup with HP pipe and Sonic-tronic actuators on DB retracts. (still installed) Every now and then I'm tempted to get it into flying shape again. I miss flying it, it really was a sweet airplane to fly.
Chris

Yes, Incheol. Wolfgang flew the Superstar during the early seventies.
That was before the Atlas, which was the last Matt design before tuned pipes had their dramatic effect on airplane design.
The Mattlas was a 40-sized version of the design, kitted by Kato.
The airplane (Atlas) was terribly popular in Europe, and a fair number of competitors here in the US even built them.
I remember one, as a teenager, that was painted as an airliner, with lots of little windows almost the entire length of the fuselage.

Is super star a version before Matlas (spelling)?

Hello all,
Looking for a set of plans for the Wolfgang super star, anyone have some?

Don't ever remember a Super Star by Wolfgang (Matt I presume?...if that's someone's last name, that's a whole nother story)
Do remember a fine little flier from Hanno and Hans Prettner called the Supra Star. I believe the plans appeared in MAN, but my memory is getting poor so don't quote me.
