To make mine fly forward I twisted the tail rotor clockwise about 5 to 10
degrees. It will then fly forward with a left turn and back up with a right
turn. (some what :))

Mine spun wildly to the left.  I just put it in the air and hit right trim
till it stopped.  Took quite a few clicks but now it is OK.  I haven't
figured out how to make it go forward yet.  I added all 3 weights to the
nose and it still pretty much wants to stay put.

 

A lot of fun though.
