[NSRCA-discussion] One day contests

I think that it's easy to accomodate pilots who have a concern over fuel
supply being adequate for two sequences in a flight. The CD simply makes or
flight line boss simply makes an exception for their case and allows two
complete flights. In this case, the the judges should score the first
landing, just in case the 2nd flight doesn't happen, but if the 2nd flight
does happen, then the first flight landing would get a 10, no matter what.
Takeoff #2 gets an automatic 10 (since #1 was scored for real) and landing
#2 gets scored as normal. For everyone else who does two sequences in one
flight, you automatically score landing #1 and takeoff #2 a 10 (assumes they
complete sequence #1 and enter the box for sequence #2).
