16 oz will get you thru a full FAI P07 sequence plus about 4  manuevers.  
That's if you are flying at a medium pace and maneuver  size.  Any faster or 
larger maneuver size, YMMV
 
20oz is very safe and will let you fly many addln maneuvers in any of the  
sequences.
