Lipos don't like being cold (like < 32F) when discharged.  If you are
flying a foamy outdoors this winter, try wrapping your batteries in one
layer of felt or that 1-2mm foam sheet used for wrapping.  Retaining
the heat the the batteries generate on discharge will return you to
near summer flight duration.
