Let's see-a 3 cell 700 e-tec is about 24 bucks--divided by 100-150 flights.
Hmmm, that's $.16 to .24/flight. Pretty cheap flying....
RS
BTW-If you want INTENSE get an Edge PCW with a Lens 8 wound CDrom motor,4X4
prop, T-bird 18, 3110 servos, 700-780-3 cell,and a Berg 4 ch. Won't do
much--but it'll keep you on your toes. Plus you can fly it in a GALE.
Parks get real small with this thing and I come back grinning each time I
fly it. I bought a spare...

I know, but the fuel tank in my plane doesn't have to be replaced because
I have filled it up too many times (or drained it too quickly) !!!

Hi Keith,
We had two of our oldest ones begin to lose capacity. After that it
wasn't long until they were done. The newest ones may be different, but I
think a couple of years is about all they are good for.

Is a foamy LiPo battery toast (pun intended) once it begins to
lose capacity; or is there something that can be done to fix it?
