If you haven't worked with EPP much, getting strong and resilient glue
joints can be a challenge.  I've been using Liquid Nails CLEAR on EPP
and have been very happy with it.  It takes a while to dry (like over
night), but the surrounding foam will fail before the bond and the joint
is slightly flexible which makes it very durable.
