[NSRCA-discussion] FAI pilots

Tx's are still no problem. The only thing you might want to ship would be
the motor, tank and fuel lines. They kinda frown on the "gas" stuff. For the
electrics, I just tell them it's a display model, and they ask about fuel,
and I say, not in this model...lol. I don't offer up any info they don't
ask.

I flew down to the Tangerine (in it's former twilight of fame) prior to
1999...but I'm curious what putting an airplane crate on to a commercial
airline would be like in this new secure day and age.  We carried our
transmitters as carry on luggage...  I'm guessing that wouldn't "fly"
anymore.
