I did take an rpm measurement on the first run up and it was in the 
5500-5600 range, but it was in a shaded area with intermittent shadows and 
the reading would not steady down. I haven't gotten a new one in good light. 
That number is close to the predicted values tho, so it should be in the 
ball park.
