Hi Stuart.
Good to see you back in the pattern game. Not sure what the problem
is. I used some last night and it was fine by this morning and my
basement is probably cooler than 70 degrees. Mine was not fully set
since that takes maybe 24hrs but certainly not anywhere near soft or
weak enough to move the parts around. The only thing that I have
noticed is that a new cartridge will shoot out the sides unevenly until
the material is "even" inside the cartridge. Last night I had maybe 2"
of one side come out before the other (white) side started coming out.
I don't use the nozzles so I could see that it was not even.
I would scrape off and try again.
