Hope no one minded my "Friday Humor"  :)  .... the truth is, the Tojeiro (have NO idea what that means, don't care) weighs 11 lbs. 1.5oz.  
That is with ESC gear, pantless, and WITH the Alum. Mac's 1092.
It would be legal with an ES pipe, more legal with smaller batteries, EASILY legal with one of those slime and smoke producing IC motors....
