Colin,
Dave's generous offer is your best bet. However, from your description it might be the case that you did not reassemble it properly. There is usually a more durable, abrasion resistant diaphram that the spring pushes against, and a spacer between this diaphram and the one that controls the flow (with the flaps) so the pressure pulses have some space to work. It's easy to misalign the important flapper diaphram, or flip it, but to crease it is not something I've seen. Good Luck.

Colin: I have an OS 140RX pump that went AWOL last year. I have no idea what is wrong with it,and am not interested in disassembling it.
If you can give me your mailing address I can send it to you.

After having some bearing related problems with the RX I took a look inside the pump just to verify no crap accumulated. Unfortunately I did not ensure the coil spring was properly centred and now the diaphram is creased. Is there any way to find a replacement or do I have to buy the entire pump assembly?
Colin.
