    Are you trying to replace the batteries or the battery holder?  I may have misread your question.

    Does anyone know if it's possible to get just the plastic battery case plus circuit board for the 10X transmitter?  It appears to be pretty much the same item as used in the Futaba 9Z.  $75 for the 10X or $99 for the Futaba battery replacement seems too steep, so if I can just roll one together...
