[NSRCA-discussion] TP 1010C charger rates

For those of you planning to overdrive/overclock your TP 1010C, be aware 
that the latest firmware (V2.00) has eliminated that ability.  This 
firmware is the current one available from Thunder Power that can be 
applied with the charger programming cable, now available at fine TP 
dealers.
