A little elaboration on our conversation regarding the full Cuban.
In order to set up for the proper 45's after the 5/8 loop, it is required that you fly 70% of the diameter of that same 5/8 loop PAST center, straight and level,B/4 you make the pull to initiate the loop. This will be regardless of the direction of the maneuver and regardless of the diameter of the loop. So, if you fly a large diameter loop, you will fly a greater distance past center and vice-versa. Remember also to make all maneuvers relatively similar in size, which will determine that the loop will probably be somewhat voluminous. The greater (recommended)size will slow things down a bit and give you more time to concentrate on that great 45 line that you already possess and also more time to concentrate on centering the roll. If you execute the 45 properly, and place the roll in the center of the line, then the completion of the line will put you right on the 70% point on the opposing side of center at which point you can once again initiate the pull for the second half. Nail the 2nd 45 and it will be duck soup to spot the second roll right on top of the first and after the second half of the 45 make the 1/8 pull to the base-line entry altitude...............add the exit line and you just scored a 10.
