It sorta resembles the flying boat thing that we have seen--but doesn't fly so well!
  Also, I would guess this is an early effort, note the different colors in places.

  I was browsing some of the japanese pattern pages admiring the detail of their work and come across this thing,,,,,at the bottom of the page.....sure is different looking.
