[NSRCA-discussion] Ideas?

Although I haven't run into this particular problem I will say I remove the
anodizing from the head gasket surface and glow plug sealing areas of the
Mintor head. I originally did this as I could not get the glow plug to
light and we traced it back to no continuity between the head and cylinder
liner/crankcase. My experience with 2 strokes has been worn big end and
small end of connecting rod and excessive clearance between the crankshaft
and crankcase cause erratic running characteristics. One other thing I would
look at is a dislodged baffle in the pipe and/or partially blocked header
and/or pipe.
