    it looks like the files are .pdf's -- they need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open. There's a link to the Adobe download site on the new page 
    http://www.modelaircraft.org/events/natsnews.asp

    The link says 'Get Acrobat Reader' -- click on it and you can download the reader. After it's installed on your system you should be able to open and read the NatsNews.
