True enough about where the profits go being a concern, but if there is 
competent foreign management keeping USA based workers employed, maybe they 
deserve the sale more than the guys that can't figure out what to build, how 
to build it well and how to handle their labor costs to remain competitive.  
My patriotism goes only so far when to comes to subsidizing ineptness.
