Hi all,

Does anyone know whether Ultra RC is on vacation?

Ordered a "Field Buddy" from them over a month ago. It showed up without instructions, the plastic bag for the hardware was ripped open, and 3 screws were missing.

E-mail them right away with no reply. Talked to someone on the phone, the person promised me replacement parts will be out the following day, that was 3 weeks ago. Called and left them a message last Friday, up to now, no reply.
