[NSRCA-discussion] D5 Contests

Bob,
Just found out about it and agreed to be the CD last week. However, it's not 
sanctioned as yet which shouldn't be a problem and I don't have the okay 
from the host club yet which I'll get to soon. Keep ya posted.
